Magical bathroom cabinet
When I was a little girl, I read a very interesting book. I don"t remember the title or the name of the author. That"s a pity, because if I did, I would definitely read the book again, although I am already a grown-up person. I woudl even recommend it to my daughter who is twelve years old. It was a story about a young girl who lived with her father in an old tenement house. The father had to work all days long so the daughter was bored at home after she finished school. One day, she found a key to an old bathroom cabinet that had always been there in their bathroom, but they had been unable to open it to check what was inside. The girl opened the cabinet, of course, and she found a small wooden box inside. She opened it, too, and it turned out to be a small music box that was giving out some oriental sounds. As she was listening to the music and looking at an old figurine of a dancing lady inside the box, the girl suddenly felt that the floor beneath her was disappearing. She found herself in a strong whirl that took her to another world, full of magical forests and beautiful creatures. I loved the book about the enchanted bathroom cabinet and I am trying really hard to remember the title, but unfortunately it slipped my mind.
