He just can^t sell gold
People have different characters and you have to acknowledge this fact. They act differently and it is not strange at all. This is how they are "constructed" and you have to notice this fact for your own benefit. I think that it is important to learn what kind of character you have and how to fight with it. It is up to you to control your emotions. When you learn about yourself and your character you can start looking for a job that would be the best for you. I think that people very often forget about this and choose jobs without thinking about what kind of people they are and that is why they have problems with their job later on. Let me show you how this works on my friend^s example. He started working in the jeweler^s store although I think that he shouldn^t sell gold. He just can^t to it. That is because he is too nervous in my opinion and thus he should have a job where he is not exposed to clients all the time. That is only my opinion and I might be wrong about it. He didn^t want to believe me and he stated that he will do it anyway. After few weeks he was fired because he got into discussion with some client. That is when I have repeated him that in my opinion he shouldn^t even think about it and he is not a good person to sell gold. Do you understand this idea now? You should choose a job that would suit you.
